You will be working for a market leading and dynamic FinTech business with Head Office in Sydney, that offers various flexible commercial finance solutions to businesses nationally allowing the facilitation of trade, through Direct Sales and a Broker and Aggregator network.
You will be working as a Business Development Manager, generating revenue via a Partner Network. You will be working with Brokers, Accountants and various other partners to ensure that your product is top of mind.
If you have sales experience in the Finance industry dealing with a partner network and like the idea of working for small, dynamic FinTech, where product training and industry accreditation will be offered, then we would like to hear from you. This sales role is more about client relationship management and being a product specialist than a pure hunters role.
The role:
Identify and secure new business opportunities via brokers, accountants and strategic partnerships
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, stakeholders, and industry partners
Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful onboarding and integration of new services and partnerships
Management reporting
Become an expert on products, procedures and values
Keep your brokers and partners up to date with their applications, accreditation and new product releases
Be a champion of quality assurance and attention to detail, ensuring all AML and KYC policies are met
To be successful in this role, you will have the following essential criteria:
At least 2 years’ experience gained in a sales role in the financial services industry dealing with a partner network
Excellent experience and understanding of a Broker network and how vendor products are sold through one
Experience gained in the Finance Industry ideally Asset/Equipment/Cashflow Finance or Leasing
Proven client relationship management skills at all levels including C-Suite
First class communication skills both written and verbal
An awareness of how marketing can assist revenue generation with the ability to work with Partners for marketing campaign improvement
The ability to train partners in your product suite
Confident personality with lots of initiative
Experience of working with a CRM, ideally Salesforce.com
