Referrals & testimonials

Participation in the People Intelligence Recruitment Pty Ltd (People Intelligence or Pi) referral bonus scheme is deemed to be acceptance to these terms and conditions.

• If you refer people to us as prospective candidates who we place in a new job, we will pay you a referral bonus.
• If you refer companies to us as prospective clients who we recruit staff for, we will pay you a referral bonus.

If you make a referral to People Intelligence of anyone you know who may be suitable for any of the jobs on our website or a company who could be a prospective client that we provide recruitment services for or if you make a general referral, you will be eligible for one of the following: 

• • You can receive a VISA Card as a referral bonus to say thank you for your recommendation
  • People Intelligence will make a donation to a charity of your choice to say thank you for your recommendation
• The referral bonus is net payment inclusive of GST and Fees
• If People Intelligence is (for whatever reason) unable to procure the VISA Card, you will receive a substitute gift of commensurate value subject to these same terms and conditions
• The referral bonus is not transferable or redeemable for cash
• The VISA card is redeemable at all outlets that accept VISA payments 
• The amount of the referral bonus for a candidate recommendation is determined by the notification on each of the jobs advertised on our website. The donation to charity will be for the same amount
• The amount of the referral bonus for a client recommendation would be 20% of all revenue generated for permanent placements for 1 year from the date of referral 
• Should your candidate referral be placed in a different job other than the one advertised then the amount of the referral bonus is at People Intelligence’s discretion
• Should you refer a candidate generally to People Intelligence and we successfully place them in a job, then the amount of the referral bonus or donation to charity is at People Intelligence’s discretion
• Any candidate or client referral made is eligible to be included in the Referral Scheme for a period of 12 months from the date the referral is made
• The referrer will not be eligible to receive a referral bonus under this scheme if the referred candidate or client is already on the People Intelligence database and/or their information/profile/CV has already been received by People Intelligence by other means prior to the date of referral
• Referral bonuses for permanent placements are paid once the recommended candidate has commenced in their new position
• Referral bonuses for placements made within referred clients will be paid once the client has paid our invoice
• Referral bonuses for contract or temporary placements are paid once the recommended candidate has completed the assignment
• If a contract or temporary assignment is terminated early as a result of conduct created by the candidate, the referral bonus will not be paid
• There is no limit to the number of referrals you can introduce under this Scheme
• An individual or a company can only be referred once to People Intelligence. If the individual or company is referred by two people or more, then the first referrer is eligible for the referral bonus
• Entry and Scheme details remain the property of People Intelligence Recruitment Pty Ltd. As part of this Referral Scheme, we will be collecting personal information for the purpose of managing this Scheme and for conducting general recruitment and marketing services (including but not limited to determining, notifying and contacting the referrer and the referred individual or company). You and/or your referred individual or company may request access or deletion to personal information by contacting People Intelligence on info@peopleintelligence.com.au
• These terms and conditions are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of NSW, Australia
• People Intelligence reserve the right to withhold a referral payment at their discretion
